ECI to issue digital time vouchers to National & State political parties for campaigning on Doordarshan & All India Radio during elections

Allotment of time to political parties on All India Radio and Doordarshan during election will now be online. The Election Commission of India, has amended the existing scheme for the use of Government-owned electronic media by political parties. This has been done by introducing a provision to issue digital time vouchers through an Information Technology (IT) platform. With this facilitation, the political parties will not be required to send their representatives to ECI/CEO Offices for collection of the time vouchers physically during elections. This step reflects the Commission's commitment to leveraging technology for the betterment of the electoral process and ease of all stakeholders. Recognizing the advancements in technology, the Commission has been providing IT based options for interface with political parties. Visa Launches She’s Next Grants Program to Support Women-Led Indian Businesses

Mumbai, Maharashtra, India:   Visa (NYSE: V) has launched She’s Next in India, part of Visa’s global program to enable women in their efforts to fund, run, and grow their businesses. She’s Next is a global advocacy program that brings practical insights and tools to women-led small businesses, including networking, mentoring, and funding opportunities with Visa.   The grants program will be open to applications from women-owned and women-led businesses from 14 July 2023 to 27 August 2023. TANSIM invites applications from Startups for TANSEED 4.0

Tamil Nadu Startup and Innovation Mission (TANSIM / StartupTN) is inviting applications for TANSEED 4.0, the fourth edition of its flagship initiative Tamil Nadu Startup Seed Grant Fund (TANSEED). The seed grant fund provides financial support of upto Rs. 10 lakh each to early-stage startups. It is aimed at bridging the gap in fund  requirements of startups during their early stages. The Honourable Minister for Micro Small and Medium and Enterprises (MSME), Government of Tamil Nadu, Thiru. T.M. Anbarasan announced during the Department Demand Session in the assembly that this year 100 startups will benefit from TANSEED. The minister added that this year Rs. 10 crore has been earmarked for the  beneficiaries at Rs. 10 lakh each.
