VAIO introduces its customer care helpline in India.

Tending to software as well as hardware glitches, the laptop-owners can now directly reach out to the customer support and smoothly sail through any mild/grave issues in context to the VAIO models. This is not right that Vaio has 24/7 support. I am not able to fine any customer care number from their official website. I am following them past one week by mail communication but there is no respond. Vaio is making fool to Indian audiance. Very very bad service and product. I just pruchased the laptop three months back and it gave trouble three time where the laptop was more than two month in service center. Now again i have issue with laptop but there is no service center.
